ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT

The Distributed Education Team has 30 minute individual support meetings available with our expanded instructional design support staff.

The sessions will help you get started in making preparations and will be available throughout the semester.

Because these appointments are in high demand, we ask all instructors to be mindful of their faculty peers and only book one session at a time.

ZOOM SUPPORT HOTLINE

The New School has set up a New School ZOOM support hotline which can be reached at 646-909-9666 (ZOOM).

The Hotline is ONLY for immediate troubleshooting support to assist faculty, students and staff in navigating to a specific zoom meeting, assisting with zoom meeting controls and escalating specific issues to additional teams, ready to assist getting online classes moving.

The hotline will be available:

- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM– 9:00 PM ET

- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET

- Sunday: Closed

If you are directing an academic unit at any of The New School's colleges and wish to have a focused presentation or other support for your faculty group, please reach out to Ilan Jacobsohn to discuss how Distributed Education can help.
